2/4/20 NewYork-Presbyterian Morgan Stanley Children's Hospital
On Tuesday, February 4th, 2020, nine pilots from Republic, Jetblue, and Emirates banded together at NewYork-Presbyterian Morgan Stanley Children in Manhattan to spend two hours with dozens of children and their families. While none of our pilots were flying that day, our Junior Captains and their families were transported far away from the thought of being in a hospital, if only for an afternoon. From building balsa wood flyers, flying distance competitions, performing mini magic shows, to painting, our PFK pilots had hours of fun giving back to those who needed it most. Tuesday turned out to be a huge win for the kids and PFK network; hopefully the start of many more to come! A special thank you to those that showed up and donated, making this inaugural NYC event one to remember! We have also secured a partnership with Mount Sinai Kravis Children's Hospital with events starting in March. Thank you again to the members in attendance!
